An octogenarian offers advice on sex and sensuality.

“My motto is: Sex for one, sex for two, sex for all who desire it,” wrote Diana de Vegh in her Modern Love essay, “Why Won’t Anyone Help Me in This Sex Shop?” “And that emphatically includes those of us who are deep into old, old age.”

Ms. Vegh is a psychotherapist and an octogenarian. She believes that everyone should make more time for pleasure — advice that she also shares in the newest episode of the Modern Love podcast, “How to Feel Yourself.”
