It didn't seem like Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) could fall for someone else in the same unhealthy and creepy way that he fell for Beck (Elizabeth Lail). However, fans of You know that in the second season of the popular drama, things really heat up. Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti) is Joe's latest obsession and it turns out that she's just as messed up as he is.

Joe is no real match for Love, who has a few tricks up her sleeve, and the game between the two of them is fascinating to watch. It's one reason why fans are eager to see You's third season. Love is one of the most well-developed characters on the series and she's got some redeeming qualities but some terrible traits, too.

10 Best: Smart

It's hard to ignore the fact that Love is a smart person. She knows exactly what she wants from Joe the moment that she meets him and while he thinks that he's the one running the show, that's not actually the case.

Yes, Love is disturbed and there are a lot of problems with the way that she lives her life, but from the outside, she seems stable as she has a career and a solid support system of friends. She's smart enough not to look like a total mess.

9 Worst: Manipulative

Of course, Love has a lot of flaws, and one of her worst traits is how manipulative she is. She makes sure that she gets everything that she wants out of each relationship and interaction.

Love is so manipulative that she seems just as creepy as Joe, which is definitely saying a lot.

8 Best: Talented

When Joe first meets Love in the second season of Youshe's a talented chef and foodie. She can cook anything and she often leaves treats for Joe at work. This is one way that she gets him to fall for her.

Love has a lot of creative talent and she seems like a promising person. It's too bad that she has as many skeletons in her closet as Joe does.

7 Worst: Emotional

For some TV characters, being emotional is a really good personality trait for them to have. It allows them to be vulnerable and find love.

In Love's case, her emotions always get the best of her, and this is the reason why she murders people. She thinks that she has a million good reasons to do it, too.

6 Best: Responsible

Sure, it might sound kind of strange to call Love responsible since she's such a bad person, but it's hard to deny that she and her twin brother Forty (James Scully) run their family's fancy and healthy grocery store well together.

Even when Love is plotting ways to trap Joe and lying about her life, she's still showing up at work, doing what needs to be done.

5 Worst: Callous

Love truly feels nothing when she kills someone or manipulates them, so she can be described as callous. She even kills Candace (Ambyr Childers) because she can't stand having someone in the way of her master plan.

When Love tells Joe that she's pregnant, she knows that this will totally change his life and that he's stuck now, which is exactly what she wants.

4 Best: Perceptive

Love is a very perceptive person, and this is one of her best traits. She knows that Joe is the perfect guy for her and that she can get him to do what she wants, and it's fascinating that she can tell who he is from the beginning.

Love also knows that Forty is incredibly insecure and that he needs her more than she needs him, so she has the upper hand in that sibling relationship.

3 Worst: Cruel

Love is a murderer, and she had no problem killing the family's au pair because she and Forty were together. Love's cruel nature brings up the show's theme of what a healthy relationship is and when Joe realizes who she is, he's pretty terrified.

Only a truly evil, cruel person could describe the things that Love has done with no emotion or remorse whatsoever.

2 Best: Original

Joe hates being in Los Angeles and Love doesn't really adore it, either. Another one of her most positive personality traits is how original she is.

Love hates being part of such a wealthy and conceited family, and she does what she can to break away, even though of course she enjoys living in a nice place and having her family's store. She hangs out with friends who break the mold as well, and she hates social media and any trappings of typical L.A. life.

1 Worst: Selfish

It's hard to think of a better word to describe Love than selfish. Even when it seems like she cares about Forty, she's only focused on how his life and actions affect hers.

Love wants Forty to be there for her and she can't stand the thought that he would hate her or not want to be close to her. Her actions are entirely self-serving.
