Olivia Wilde shared a cryptic message about love on Tuesday, nearly two months after she and Harry Styles broke up.
“I’d hate to die without having loved,” read the post on the “Don’t Worry Darling” director’s Instagram Story, featuring a still from the 2004 romantic drama “Tropical Malady.”
Page Six confirmed in November 2022 that Wilde, 38, and Styles, 28, had called it quits on their nearly two-year relationship.
“There is no bad blood between them. Harry didn’t dump Olivia, or vice versa,” a source told us at the time.
“This is the longest relationship Harry’s ever had, so clearly they have a special bond.”
The insider cited long distance as a factor in the decision to separate before the holidays.
“It’s impossible to have a relationship when he’s in every continent next year [on tour] and Olivia has her job and her kids,” the source explained. “This is the right thing for both of them.”
In the months since the split, Styles has returned home to England, where he celebrated Christmas with his mom, Anne Twist, his sister, Gemma Styles, and her boyfriend, Michal Mlynowski.
“Christmas 2022 🥰🎄❤️,” Twist, 55, captioned an Instagram Reel featuring a selfie of the foursome during a family walk.
Wilde, meanwhile, has continued to stay active on social media and in the public eye, walking multiple red carpets and spending time with her son, Otis, 8, and her daughter, Daisy, 6, at Disneyland.
The “Booksmart” director shares her children with her ex Jason Sudeikis, to whom she was engaged when she cast Styles in “Don’t Worry Darling” in late 2020.
Page Six was the first to report that Wilde and the former One Direction member were dating in January 2021 after they were photographed holding hands at his manager’s wedding.
The PDA-filled outing came shortly after news broke that Wilde ended her engagement to Sudeikis, leading to much speculation that she had ditched the “Ted Lasso” star, 47, for Styles — which she has categorically denied multiple times.
“The complete horses–t idea that I left Jason for Harry is completely inaccurate,” she told Vanity Fair last year.
“Our relationship was over long before I met Harry,” she clarified. “Like any relationship that ends, it doesn’t end overnight.”
