There is no denying, 2020 has been a year of chaos, stress, frustration and more. But even with all of the turmoil that 2020 has presented us with, there is still so much to be thankful for on this Thanksgiving. We’d even argue, one of the greatest gifts this challenging year has given us is a new perspective on the things we’ve been taking for granted. A new perspective on just how grateful we are for the simplest of things. And while many are still struggling this Thanksgiving, we hope you are able to take a moment and join us in our feelings of gratitude for all the lessons 2020 has brought us. At Pinecrest Gardens we are so very grateful for so much…and we’d like to start by saying we are so grateful for you and your families!
We have been limited in many of the activities we have had to offer, but we can still offer you the beauty of the season through our amazing Nights of Lights Festival.
Nights of Lights is a different event this year. There are things we cannot offer like mechanical rides and pony rides, but your children will be able to see Santa and our Story Teller from a safe distance in out Banyan Bowl. We have extended our hours and our dates.
The event runs every night, November 27th through January 3rd, from 6-10:00 p.m. Can you think of a safer, more secure and pristine environment to come with your family and loved ones than Pinecrest Gardens? Masks are required, social distancing must be respected and we are limiting our attendance to 400 each night spread out over four hours.
What better way to get your children or yourselves out of the house while avoiding the daunting crowds of holiday activities. Refreshments will be available for purchase as well as vendors selling holiday gifts.
And just when you thought that our Nights of Lights Festival could not be any more beautiful, we added more features, more twinkle and more wow factor than ever before.
From the moment you enter our dreamlike fairy-tale world, you will find yourself mesmerized by all of the magic, glitter and glow of an enchanted forest. This breathtaking wonderland will captivate the heart of every child or the child in you.
Finally, if you are looking for daytime activities to attend then visit our phenomenal Trolls, Berta and Terje by artist Thomas Dambo and take the best selfies you could ever imagine.
Or if it is quiet repose you seek, then take a seat on one of our benches overlooking Swan Lake. Children will always enjoy a visit to our Splash ‘N Play, Turtle Island or our Fish Feeding Waterfall. There is something for everyone of every age.
Happy Thanksgiving! Remember to reserve your preferred night at Nights of Lights as soon as possible and treasure the promise and possibilities of the most wonderful time of the year.
